ID-Access Screen Shots
A user needs access to a new folder. He signs into ID-Access® to request access. The first part of the process is to indicate what kind of resource is required -- in this case, a folder. |
The user sees a list of shared published through ID-Access, and selects the one that contains his folder. |
In the selected share, the user is able to drill down into the folder hierarchy, and select a folder of interest. Here, the user can immediately see what groups have what rights to the folder, and who owns each group (i.e., who would have to approve the user's request for access). The user can navigate into nested groups if required. |
